Wernor Herzog is becoming almost as prolific as Wood Allen, only better, with last year's gripping 'Rescue Dawn' starring Christian 'What if I tear down your fucking lights?!' Bale, and already having his re-imagining of 'Bad Lieutenant' completed filming, good old Werner is ramping up for his next feature film which will star Michael Shannon, Willem Dafoe, Michael Pena, Brad Dourif and Bill Cobbs with David Lynch exec producing. We have no idea what the plot is about but with David Lynch involved our guess is that it will is a quiet, wispy rom-com..... with backward speaking, ear slicing, vampire midgets.
