Ads Aren't Evil When They Kick Ass

We usually wouldn't promote promotions because marketers are taking over the world by tiny increments, but when a promo is advertising a Stanley Kubrick season and does so by recreating the set of The Shining and tracking through it in one continuous take, the kick-ass factor outshines the hatred-of-promos factor and we are obliged to post it.

The only other factor that can outshine our hatred of promos is The Krpyton Factor. Remember that? Man, that a show was cool. And so was its host. Can't you see the coolness oozing from him? We'd post promos for that all day long.
