Edgar Wright Resurrecting ‘Gorgo!’

It’s Friday and here is some fun news.

The monster loving boys and girls of ‘Twitch’ have scored some news that Edgar Wright is to remake the terrible monster tale ‘Gorgo’, which sees Godzi… (sorry)…Gorgo… being unleashed from its sleep in the depths off the coast of little ‘auld Ireland to wage havoc on London.

It is unconfirmed if this will be the final instalment of Wright and Pegg’s ‘Cornetto’ trilogy which has been titled ‘The World’s End’. Edgar Wright has more than proved from ‘Spaced’ to ‘Hot Fuzz’ that he can mix comedy and various fan-boy genres without ever comprising the love of quality of said genre. We’re excited about anything Edgar Wright does these days, even poos.
