Here is the inevitable promotional deleted scene from Step Brothers to 'celebrate' the release of the DVD. This is already becoming a tired, overused promotional tactic for comedies, particularly semi-improvised ones that shoot crazy amounts of coverage and we'd like to see something a bit more novel in future. Not that we have anything against deleted scenes being used for added value on DVD's. More often than not, there is comedy gold hidden in those things. It's just that their use as drip-feed promo material is already becoming boring and predictable.

That said, we haven't joined the Ferrell backlash just yet and we're still big fans, so forget everything we just said and enjoy.
