Terminator Japanese Trailer
We don't know. We just don't know about this one. We started to get optimistic when Bale was on board (we've talked at length about his high degree of quality control on his projects) and when McG began making the right noises about how he was going to deal with the material. We even began to forget about Charlies Angels. While some of this looks dark and brooding, intense and classy, most of it just looks dark and brooding and a little too like Alien v Predator or some other vacuous specatle vehichle. It all looks a little OTT. Look out for the giant robot that fires from his shoulder towards the end. It all looks a little too Michael Bay for our liking. Shock and awe over story, character, atmosphere and anything else that might make a movie appeal to someone over 15.
Still, Christian Bale did sign up for it so...maybe...just maybe.

I was initially excited watching the trailer. Then when Bale said 'you killed my father and you tried to kill my mother' I realized that the person he was supposed to be talking to was the T-100 Arnuald BUT IT'S JUST NOT ARNUALD. Also, isn't it interesting how Bale's voice seems to be stuck on Batman Growl mode. Your mother warned you...or is she trying to sue you?
