Hollywood Babies Part 3: Martin Scorsese

Here's is an early Martin Scorsese short from 1962 'What A Nice Girl Like You Doing In A Place Like This?'. It's not the greatest short film ever but it's worth talking a look at seeing how the young Scorsese was playing with the form, rapidly cutting images to voice over which he would again use to greater effect in 'Goodfellas' and 'Casino'. In fact it's clear to see his stylistic flare present even in this early film.
