‘Waltz With Bashir’ Trailer

Fighting for this year’s ‘Cannes Gold Palm Competition’ is this ‘animated documentary’ of a young Israeli soldier on the Lebanon War in the early eighties. Written and directed by Ari Folman, ‘Waltz with Bashir’ deals with his personal experiences during the war.

The hype machine has already branded this film ‘The Best War Film Ever’. The trailer is stylistically stunning and if the finished film lives up to it then we should be in for a treat.
