Battle In Seattle Trailer

Here's the trailer for Battle and Seattle. This one is written and directed by Watchmen compatriot Stuart Townsend and seems to have a docu-drama feel similar to the work of Paul Greengrass. Whether it stands up to the quality of his work remains to be seen. It looks promising but the cast (with the exception of Mrs. Townsend, Charlize Theron) is worryingly B-list. We can't help but feel that this subject matter would have attracted a more high-profile cast if the script was top quality. Still, we'd like to see Townsend deliver and succeed. On the arrogant prick scale of Irish actors, he's well below Jonathan Rhys Myers.

This film was shown recently at the Dublin Film Festival but nobody we know saw it since it was on at 10am on a Saturday morning. Nobody does anything at 10am on a Saturday in Dublin.
